Chicken meat (fillet) 300 grams, 2 sliced carrots, 1 piece of pomegranate, 2 sliced cucumbers, 3 pieces of an egg, butter, mayonnaise and salt.

Chicken, potatoes, eggs, beets and carrots should be boiled until they turn tender. Each ingredient is to be prepared separately. Grind potatoes, carrots, cucumbers and beets.

Chop eggs and chicken finely. Fry them in the vegetable oil with chopped onions until the meat acquires a golden brownish tinge. Add salt to the chicken to your taste, fry it a little more and leave it to cool down.

Separate pomegranate seeds from the fruits. Prepare a clean plate and put a drinking glass in the middle; spread the potatoes, carrots and chicken with onions beets, eggs, cucumbers into layers in the plate around the drinking glass. Smear each layer with a little mayonnaise.

Sprinkle the salad with pomegranate seeds and leave it for 1 hour. Now remove the drinking glass from the center of the dishes and the salad “pomegranate bracelet” is ready and can be served to the table.
